Exercise does the body good, but it is not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing. We all have our favorite way to work out, be it kick-boxing or t'ai chi. While we are rounding out our research on your favorites, I want to know how you prefer to work out.

i looooove running - it is when i get my heart rate up that i feel like i really worked out. the only time i ever strength train is with a trainer because i need the person to push me, otherwise i know i won't do it because i hate it so much on my own.
1Wow, it's hard for me to choose. I love so many different activities, such as Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, Spinning, etc.... The common denominator for me is to work out in a group setting. I love taking classes. Once in a blue moon, I will get on the treadmill or Stair Master but I prefer taking a class.
2Running is my therapy... when I run everything in the world seems right
3Running for me. It's one of the few exercises that totally clears my mind and leaves me sweaty and happy.
4Running. But, Pilates comes in at a really close second!
5walking/hiking, because there are alot of trails out here to explore
6YOGA ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!! People underestimate the benefits. If you focus on the instruction and the breathing you will forget about any problems you may be having. It will also make your body feel good.
7i voted for martial arts, because that's what i've had the most fun doing... but i enjoy everything BUT spinning. i freakin' hated that class and those uncomfortable seats. 'felt like i was at church -stand sit stand sit stand stand sit...
8While I run 4-5 times a week, my favourite exercise is still soccer. I love being part of a team, people are counting on you to push yourself and run faster, and I love the mix of jogging and sprinting. I can run forever if I'm chasing a ball, while if I'm running on my own, sometimes I'm just counting down the minutes until I'm done.
9VERY hard to choose! i love riding my bike, riding my horse (not on the list), going for hikes, swimming and yoga. And strength training isn't my favorite to do, but i LOVE the results. but right now, i've discovered running, and am really enjoying it!
i think the important thing is--no matter what your favorite--to mix it up so you don't get bored or burn out. sometimes it's hard to skip over a "favorite" in lieu of something else, but it makes it easier to workout (for me!) knowing it's not the same everyday!
10I get so inspired by people who love working out. I am just about to join a gym, so it's helping me feel more motivated because people love it.
I, however, find that my favorite form of exercise at the moment is from right where I am sitting to the fridge.
11I love workin out it's just a pain in the butt to get there.. I have a training class that starts at 8 in the morning and I just wanna sleep in during winter.
I love Yoga no matter the season though. There's nothing like the intensity, the discipline, the peace of mind and AHH! after you let go of a long stretch.
12DANCING!!close second is yoga.
13I love cardio & running, but lifting is my favorite! It makes me feel so strong.
14Stationary bike, but currently I don't have much choice -- recovering from a knee injury
15I have a few.
16Running, strength training and stretching.
Running is my fav though.
Feels so good after you are done.
I like to run for my mental health but I get a better all over workout when I strength train. I love seeing definition and having muscles makes me feel confident and well, strong.
17I mostly use the elliptical and the bike when I'm at the gym, and I chose the elliptical as my fave.
I also do strength training, and while I don't HATE it, it's definitely not my favorite. Also in the spring I am planning on buying a bike so I can ride around outside, which
will be niceeee. I can't wait.
18I would definitely have to say shaking my booty on the dance floor is my favorite exercise. You don't even realize how many calories you are truly burning because you are having so much fun!
19Dancing is # 1, Yoga is second.
20Dancing...well actually Zumba, but thats close enough to dancing.
21Running, use to hate running but I really just love trail running now.
22I love all of my exercises equally -- jogging, dancing, and weight training. I enjoy them all.
23I really love running because it really gets my heart rate up quickly and feels so...efficient. But in the winter, when it's super snowy and freezing, I LOVE my elliptical machine. I always feel good when I think about how cool it is that I get to work out inside when it's 40 below out or something.
24While I LOVE my training sessions and my personal trainer, running is what I love the most because I push myself and I end up feeling very rewarded when I am done.
25Gotta love my cardio machines because in rain or shine I can just jump right on and get in a heart pumping work out!!
26Every morning for 2 hours baby!! WO OW!
Definitely running! Running relieves stress and I can get fresh air as well as a great workout that is perfect for me.
27I was using my elliptical every morning, but I've gotten off track for the last 3 weeks. I've just been so busy, and I've had to travel for work. It's rough. I'm traveling this week, too, but my goal is to get back to my routine on Monday morning!
28Walking, cos i like being outside in the fresh air
