I have a few subscriptions to health magazines, and I get so excited when they arrive each month. Not only do they give me helpful tips, new fitness routines, and ideas for healthy meals, but what I love most about them is they encourage me to continue my healthy lifestyle. Everyone has a favorite mag so tell me . . .

I really like Women's Health. I feel like it's one of the more serious of the women's health magazines, but still really fun.
ditto tlsgirl, I love Women's Health. I started with Fitness but canceled that subscription once a friend let me borrow her Women's Health
I like Oxygen.
I am going to say Women's Health and maybe Shape.
I'm a magazine wh*re. I love them all!! My fave is Self but I also really like the recent redesign of Women's Health- much easier to read.
I get all of these except Yoga and Runner. i love them all, but womens health and self are probably my faves
runner's world is really inspiring and makes me want to run more for fun rather than for fitness.
My favorite is Women's Health. Like someone said above I feel like it is more serious than Self and Shape.
shape is my favorite - i've read it since i was younger and now it's the only one that i pay for a subscription for too
I subscribe to Self and Fitness and I like the workouts in Fitness more...they are a bit more challenging. Sometimes I think the workouts in Self are too "girly", for lack of a better term. I also like Women's Health and Runner's World, but I don't subscribe to them regularly.
I also like Oxygen. The other magazines have too much fluff. If I want to read about fashion or makeup I'll buy a fashion mag! Women's Health is ok too, I browse through it from time to time.
The supplement ads are kind of annoying though.
Oxygen is my absolute favorite. My second is HERS muscle & fitness. As for that list? I chose Shape because I read it for fun sometimes.
I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE Self magazine!
I always seem to pick up Shape when I am waiting in the check-out aisle! It's fun and gives good tips!!
Definitely oxygen and women's health. I can relate to their hardcore routines and eating habits...they make me feel a little more normal! haha
I love Shape and Oxygen, and I subscribe to Self and Fitness too. I think I'm gonna let Fitness go though--the issues are too short! It only takes 10 minutes to read the whole thing!
where is Prevention magazine on the choice list? i love Shape too, but prevention is the best no-fluff health magazine, in my opinion.
I don't buy these magazines, so I can only judge by their websites and women's health is definitely ma favorite..very interactive, and user-frindly, but i think self has better blogs and recipes.
I just bought myself a subscription to Women's Health for Christmas and it came in the mail today! Love it so much.
I won a Self Challenge grand prize trip a few years ago to LA (worked otu with Gunnar Peterson) so I'm impartial to it but in reality, I love Yoga Journal for professional reasons.
I selected Womens Health (which i do enjoy reading) but only because Oxygen wasn't in the choice line up.
"Fitness RX" and "Oxygen" should be on the list! They do not get nearly enough credit!

All the other ones seem like pure FLUFF....
I don't read magazines. They create too much of a negative self image, no matter what the supposed topic is. They're just not healthy!!
i'm surprised fitness didn't get more pull... i like it a lot, but i think maybe i'll pick up a copy of women's health since it seems to be a winner
Shape
SHAPE.
The girls on the front of Shape are always super thin and in a bikini...that's unattainable for me so I like Self. Many of the others on this list I've never read.
Women's Health !!! although self is pretty good...
I chose Body+Soul. I like the articles about the soul as much as those about the body.
I didn't renew my subscriptions to Self or Shape this year. They just seemed like they were getting really repetitive. Some days I regret it, though.
None of the above. My choice is "Prevention."
RW is like a GIFT to me!
Oxygen - for serious fitness content and reports on the figure competitions
I hate Shape and Self because there's usually 1-2 pages on actual sport and fitness, and then the usual women's mags stuff that pads out the rest. Runner's World for me, partly because it's gender-neutral and just all about the running.
Runner's World is one of the few that doesn't say "Hate your body! Don't eat! If you eat calories you will get FAT! Now, be toned but not TOO toned, or you'll look like a MAN!" on every other page. Runner's World talks a lot more about the sport and actual nutrition and becoming stronger and faster.
My favorite didn't make the cut: Oxygen!
I began subscribing to Women's Health bc I liked Men's Health. I also love the models in the mag - it makes a huge difference to me - I'm celebrity obsessed enough, and an anonymous face with a fit body is way more of an Everywoman feel.
i love self!
Shape. Easy to do excercies and useful tips for health and nutritions.
