23/5 - I could have sworn I read that it was Christina Aguilera that did the low weight/high rep exercises. And I didn't think that Obama had that much time to exercise! If he can find the time, I should be able to as well!!

4100 reps? I would rather use heavier weights and do less reps. Unlike these celebs, I don't have all day to work out.
