I've always been curious about these, but they just seem to pricey and you never know what the food will be like... I'll stick w/Lean Cuisine for now!
1I'm with you, ccsugar!
2It's funny that this was posted, all those Jenny Craig commercials were starting to mess with my head. I'll stick with my Schwan's live smart meals, at least I know they taste great!
3No Pros?
4I am doing something called Fresh N Fit and I get 5 days worth of FRESH meals for $100. The food is delish and I pick it up at my gym twice a week. It's only in Atlanta, but if anyone is in Atlanta...

I have lost 20 pounds so far!
Holy crap JennaV... I live just outside ATL (OTP, if you will
) and I just got a
flyer in the mail for this same service. How weird! I will have to check it out, that price isn't TOO bad...
5It's interesting that certain meals, like Very Berry Chicken, is reportedly on the menus of three of these diet plans (eDiets, Zone, and Pure Foods) since their foods come from the same plant in Iowa. Makes me wonder how much these diets vary and where they have common ground.
6Sweet ccsugar! I also live OTP!
It is not that bad when you
consider that you don't have to cook or buy food for during the week! Please let me know if you try it and how you like it!!! I think they have a promotion right now for new peeps and you get
1 free day of meals with your order.
7Great comparison, more of these!
8I was on the nutrisystem program and I lost 10 pounds in 5 weeks. I loved it. It really works if we follow the rules, which are not complicated and I ate the entire day!!!! It's expensive because we have to buy veggies, fruits and dairy besides having paid for the food, but in my opinion it's worth it.
9I did the zone chefs meals for a week before I went on vacation. I didn't lose any weight (I'm pretty slender and didn't necessarily need to lose weight) but it helped me because I tend to eat a lot of sugar, salt and carbs and I definitely lost a little bloat before my trip, my friends said it was noticeable. Now that I know ediets is pretty much the same I'll do that one because it sounds a lot cheaper!
10The good thing about most of these meal plans is the reality-check with portion size. Prepare to be shocked.
11I was on Nutrisystem for a few months and lost 20 pounds, but the food gets boring really fast.
