Who doesn't need a quick meal every once in a while? For that reason, I always keep a few of these bowls in the freezer from Amy's Kitchen. Many of them are vegan or lactose free, some are gluten free or soy free, and some are light in sodium. They're made with whole grains and vegetables and are full of flavor.

I *love* the Country Cheddar Bowls! So fantastic!
1780mg's of sodium?
Really Fit, it's concerning how many microwavable meals you peddle as health food. People believe you, you know.
2"peddle as health food"?! Ok, so frozen meals certainly are not the healthiest options, but doesn't Fit say that these are to have on hand for a quick meal every once in a while? Sure beats the drive-thru, and some of these bowls have great nutritional stats! I'm glad this site showcases some healthier alternatives for those that need a quick, wholesome meal.
3ease up there. not everyone has the time to prepare all their meals from scratch every day. and if you looked at the chart you'll notice some of these meals are actually relatively low in sodium.
4i love Amy's!!!
5Mmm...Amy's are awesome!!
6if I could marry the Pesto Tortellini bowl I would.
7Moderation in all things. A quick cheat is no problem as long as it doesn't become the norm!
8loooove Amy's and I for one don't count it as a cheat... but I can't really afford to buy them so I make sure I usually make dinner
9These aren't so bad nutritionally. Not an everyday food, but certainly fine in a pinch.
10I actually eat Amy's a lot, like every day at lunch some weeks. Sometimes I just can't deal with preparing food--heating it up is all I can handle.
11My absolute favorite is the low sodium brown rice and veggie's bowl. I'm a college kid so I keep a few of these on hand during those days when I am rushing way too much and would rather grab one of those for breakfast than something really unhealthy at the local deli.
12They've gotten me through 4 months of morning (all freaking day long) sickness so far. I just opt for the lower sodium choices.
13brown rice and veggie bowl....yummmm.
14I love their vegan pot pies and tofu lasagna.
15I love Amy's stuff I just wish it wasn't so pricey compared to other frozen/easy meals.
16I love the veggie lasagna - and you can get 6 for 14 bucks at Costco!!
