If you're braving the mall this Black Friday, chances are you're going to need to refuel at the food court as well. Although there are choices galore on the food front, many of them are high in calories and fat, so here are some healthier options to munch on. it's good to know that there are 'better' options out there for you if you have no alternatives than fast food -but for myself - i would rather wait until i get home or at least out of the mall to get something to eat since i just don't do fast food
I love things like this! Sometimes it's impossible to cook every meal.
I refuse to go shopping this weekend, so I won't be hitting any food courts. I tend to stay away from fast food in general, but it's definitely good to know that there are some healthy alternatives for those of you that are choosing to brave the malls this weekend.
I had supersize fries + 4 packages of mcchicken sauce (ok I'm gross, I know).. the next day we had a big obesity lecture in biochem and I learned those fries were 1100 calories!! LOL WTF and with all the mayo I had.. god it's amazing I didn't die of a heart-attack right there.
It's really good that fast food restaurants are offering more healthy options.
I'm not shopping this weekend, either, so I'll be avoiding the food court as well.
Don't forget Wendy's wonderful Chili! Only 330 calories for a large!
I think out of all those options Subway is the most filling. It's hard for me to go to Wendy's or Taco Bell and order something healthy, so I usually just try and stay away from those places.
Is the grilled chicken ceasar salad calories with or without the dressing?
Dunkin Donuts has salads? (Scratches head)
