I always feel better if I do something physical like a Turkey Trot before pulling up a chair to my Thanksgiving feast [1]. But you might need a little relief after your meal too. Here are five easy yoga poses that can give you some aid in the digestion department if you feel painfully full. Instead of plopping on the couch and suffering, try a little yoga.
Interestingly enough, these five poses also feel great on an overworked back, which is often a side effect of hours of cooking or driving to see distant friends or family.
