With Thanksgiving coming up, I'm sure many of you are looking forward to chowing down. You may end up eating more than usual, and many of the foods may be richer or sweeter than you're used to having. Unfortunately that means you may have some discomfort in the tummy department. Here are some gentle stretches you can do to get some relief.

My local studio has 8 and 10 am sessions on T-giving. We do all but one of those poses. I think it will be hard to "pig out" after a kick butt session.
1i'm pretty sure i've seen this opening photo on ten other websites advertising about period cramps.
