7 Winter Foods Rich in Antioxidants
Cloves
Spices add flavor as well as antioxidants to many dishes, and
cloves are no exception. As well as being high in antioxidants, this spice used in many Winter dishes and desserts also
has a mild anti-inflammatory effect and can help relieve dental pain.
My
favorite lentil soup features the spice too.

Many people have no idea of this spice. We cook with it all the time!
1I never drink or eat the cranberries, I only drink the juice when I feel like I am getting an UTI, but from now on I am going to make it a regular buy, I will include only water and the cranberry juice in my grocery cart, right now I am very sick with a UTI no warning this time until I was so sick, I was happy to know that of the 7 things to consume I have been eating the pecans and prunes, sometimes the red apples, but now that I know that this good foods are of benefit I will include them in my meals, once in awhile i eat the pinto beans, but I will start cooking the kidney beans too, I was wondering why the cultural from India use cloves all the time, now I know, I was working for a family from India and would always find the sticks of clove in the sink but I didn't know what they were, now I know I will add it to the beans especially the lentils that I didn't like before but when I made them for the baby I was caring for the India family I tasted the lentils and I loved them, I am always looking for good things to eat that will beefit my health since I am 56 yrs. old, thanks to whoever is giving the public this feedback, we all need it.
