pecans are a delightful way to increase your antioxidant intake. Naturally sweet, eating a moderate amount of nuts weekly
lowers the risk of gaining weight. I just wouldn't necessarily eat them in the form of pecan pie.

WOW!! ALL THIS TIME I THOUGHT THESE WERE WALNUTS...GOT MY NUTS MIXED UP.LOL!!!
1used to love this type of nut, but as i've gotten older, they give me monstrous amounts of gas... to the point i feel like a bio-hazard.
