Do you love so many songs that you could never pick a single favorite? That's OK, it just means you have more opportunities to make your heart stronger. Good music is good for the soul, and new research has discovered that listening to our favorite music can dilate our blood vessels like they do when we laugh, exercise, or take blood medications. Smoother blood flow prevents blood clots that cause heart attacks and strokes.
After listening to music they enjoyed, blood vessel diameter of the test group participants increased on average 26 percent, and the music they disliked caused vessels to narrow by 6 percent. Now go turn on Kanye, Justin, Britney, Christina, or whoever has a hit that you can't get enough of these days. Old favorites are always good for a boost, too. What's your go-to happy jam?

Best Mountain
Mothercare
Alice + Olivia
Way too many to list! But I am loving the Ting Tings and the new Kings of Leon album. I'm totally gonna whip out this fact the next time that my BF tries to make me listen to something I don't like on long car trips
1Fins by Jimmy Buffett!
2Since I'm assuming this isn't necessarily music we would use for the treadmill, I could list so many things. Most of my most favorite music is usually music from the 60s and 70s like The Velvet Underground, T. Rex, David Bowie, The Beach Boys, Bob Dylan, The Mamas and The Papas, Leonard Cohen, Syd Barrett, etc. More recent music would be stuff like Beach House, Scout Niblett and more. I could also list stuff like Crystal Castles and LCD Soundsystem but that's not the music I end up wanting to listen to the most. I also prefer Goldfrapp with their first album and the most recent one, even though the more electronic albums are fine too but I don't love it the way I love Felt Mountain.
3Yeah, could never choose one but I'm currently obsessed with the People In Planes song Mayday. Also Avenged Sevenfold's Afterlife.
4My favorite happy music: Battle Without Honor or Humanity. I forgot who made it, but it's the theme from Kill Bill vol.1. It makes me feel powerful!
5One of my favorite cardio songs is "Never" by Moving Pictures. :]
"Walking On Sunshine" by Jennifer Lopez
6and I love working out to trance/progressive in general. Benny Benassi, DotA by Basshunter, DJ Alligator... love it!
I have a lot of really good ones, but I really love anything by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Eminem when I want to get my heart rate up. I also love "Blue Monday" by Orgy when I need a quick boost.
7billy idol
good charlotte
Bob sinclar
Bon Jovi

9but for working out i love listening to girltalk, especially the album, feed the animals.
I could list a thousand different songs, but right now, I'm listening to The Kooks, The Ditty Bops, an old Aqualung album and Yo Yo Ma.
10'Upgrade U' by Beyonce always gets me rockin
11That picture is so cute!
Funny, my friend was just explaining this to me this morning. I don't have a favorite song. I have too many favorite genres and artists.
12At the moment Im digging Kings of Leon "sex on fire"
13Ricochet and Ghost Town by Shiny Toy Guns!
14I can't be unhappy when I hear Footloose. Dancing may follow.
15Amerikan!!! I so with you on that one! I won't listen to Sex on Fire in my car fearing that I'll dance and other drivers will think I'm crazy!
16create, i Love Shiny Toy Guns!!!
17Anything by Radiohead or Sonic Youth will do the job. The radio stresses me out. I have this ominous feeling they're going to play things that are frivolous and dumb. Additionally, I'm a bit of a control freak when it comes to what I listen to so the fact that some DJ is picking my songs doesn't thrill me.
