We love to follow celebs and know what is going on in their lives, right down to what they eat.

Most of them have their own philosophy when it comes to dieting and exercise, some that I can not personally identify with. So I am curious about you guys -- Whose philosophy do you identify with most...

I think they all raise good points except for Madonna, Eva, and Sienna.
Madonna: As such an exercise fiend, she could be a trainer. But she doesn't talk a lot about food and eating healthy, so for me it raises concern and turns me away from her a bit.
Eva: Half the rice in a sushi roll? It's not like there's a whole lot in a piece. You can always make it with brown rice too.
Sienna: She's just a warped alkie.
1i agree with Gwen and jennifer garner...best diet plan... EAT well and Exercise reguarly!!!
2I love Siennas. That's the party girl at it
3I voted for Sienna!!! Party on! I also think that Jennifer, Scarlett, and Cindy got it right. As for Gwen, good quote, but I read that she is on a diet, since she was a teenager? That just sounds so sad....
4I'd say my philosophy on the subject is a mix of Gwen and Scarlett. I don't over indulge, and I try to live active without being too hardcore.
5My philosophy would be to listen to your body. If you truly eat when hungry and stop when satisfied, you'll get the nutrients you need without overdoing it. On top of that, exercise in moderation for the health benefits, instead of viewing it as just a way to burn the calories you eat.
6Mix of Jennifer G., Scarlett and Sienna- whose response also made me laugh but that is the same logic I use when drinking... :{
7I disagree about Madonna- not talking about eating helathy she is a nut case with ehr food- she is on the super duper strict microbotic diet-- and even makes ehr kids do it.
I am really into Jennifer Gardner- you eat right you work out simple story.
8A mix of ScarJo and Halle.
Portion control is key, as well as regular exercise.
9I basically said the exact thing Madonna did on FitSugar yesterday! Weird. But, I identify with many of the quotes on here except Sienna Miller, a total boozer
10Aren't wine and vodka pretty close, calorie wise? I know that a serving of wine and a shot of vodka are both two Weight Watchers points. It's just all the stuff you mix with vodka that gets you in trouble.
Sienna's an idiot anyway.
11Great post, Fit!!
I agree with Cindy, I need to eat every few hours or else I get so hungry, my energy crashes and I eat everything in sight (like last night, oops). But I also agree with Gwen, it's as simple as burning off what you put in. Though most calories burned in our bodies is the result of just keeping our body going, through metabolism!
12I LOVE sushi!!!!
13I agree with Gwen... I don't eat crap all the time but I am in college and have limited options most days. I just gotta make sure I hop on the treadmill or hit the road for a run to burn off the extra crud.
14My vote was for Cindy, despite its lack of exercise. Her statement about food is an important one: It's not enough just to eat less, you have to eat enough, and often enough, to keep your metabolism going. The fastest way to not lose weight is to not eat enough.
15I definitely identify with Jennifer Garner and Gwen. Madonna sound like a control freak to me. I think about what I put into my body...but I don't obsess on it.
16I do understand where Madonna is coming from, with being unaware of what is in the food you eat at restaurants. I usually eat at smaller, family-owned restaurants where I live so finding the nutritional info online isn't always an option. Sometimes it's hard to know what is the best choice to keep a meal healthy when you're eating out.
17Basically, I'm all for anyone who eats in moderation, enjoys what they eat, and exercise regularly. I'm glad that Scarlett doesn't have some ultra-toned and fit body. She looks good, but really natural.
18madonna and sienna have the best philosophy...i can totally relate where they´re coming from!
19A mix of Gwen's and Madonna's.
20most of them work for me, but i would never do sienna's or eva's. i love sushi too much and vodka is nasty. i love wine!
21i voted for siennas b/c that one day a week i do drink... i hate getting that full feeling off beer and that alchy munchies off wine...
but isn't bacardi "better" then vodka in the sense that it has less sugar or something?
22I picked Jennifer Garner but I also agree with Gwen's philosophy too.
23Mine would be Halle & Sienna... so bad it came from Sienna's mouth.
24Over the past 6 years I have lost 100lbs and the ONLY way I could do it was exercising and eating less, essentially changing my lifestyle...I wish there were an easier way but darn it all their ain't'
I agree with Jennifer and Gwen - it's the healthiest way to lose and maintain your weight although it's not always really fast or terribly glamorous.
25I agree with what LuciLu said. It's totally a combo of the two.
26Scarlett option for me
27For me, the best plan is to eat slowly and listen to what my body needs (not what I want
)... so I'm voting Halle Berry's. This combined with regular exercise.. is perfect for toning the body!
28if i could afford a personal chef, i probably wouldn't eat out often either!!
29I like Gwen and Jennifer G.'s idea's because they are point blank, factual. But i had to pick Scarlett's 'cause thats more like how i think. I don't eat a bunch of crap but i do eat good meals, i love to cook. And i make sure and move my body, i know thats the only way not to blow up.
30I love Gwen's because it makes perfect sense - input vs. output. Think it's because she's a former swimmer/athlete.
31I identify mostly with Gwen - "It's simple math: You put this much food in, you burn that much working out." Nicely said!
32
Sienna Miller!!!
33I would have to say Jennifer G and Gwen... Normally I eat healthy and exercise regularly but sometimes I do enjoy cooking something special and then I work out a bit more!!!
34i voted for Gwen Stafani, she always look her best and what she said sound very logical
35Definately Gwen~
36Scarlett! Although I think Halle and Jen Garner have it right too. I worry that Gwen is too much input/output, and Madonna makes me ill.
Granted, dieting is easier when you can hire someone to prepare your food, and find a personal trainer to keep your butt in gear.
37Ha ha Sienna Miller!
38Scarlet and I share the same philosophy. I hate working out, but I stay active by walking a lot (saves gas too) and eating semi-healthy.
sushi, vodka, walking, running, veggies and lots and lots of water and herbal tea.. ROCK!
(not stuffing you face and having a basic idea of the calories of what you eat also help
... )
39I agree with Halle,Gwen, and Scarlette. Although I do need to eat a little more.
40I don't think Madonna's so off base. Not knowing what's in your food also means you don't know if it's cooked in butter (or more terrifyingly for vegans, in animal lard) or how many calories you're actually eating or anything! It's not a control thing so much as a simple matter of not being able to do the math (like Gwen said) if you don't know what the numbers are.
41Halle Berry!
42Definitely Gwen.
43Combo of Gwen and Jennifer, but mostly Jen.
44I voted for Gwen
45She is so right
I hate the treadmill though...I need a better motivation:(
46what's sushi with half the rice? you might as well just get scallop, sashimi, and everything else all mixed in one minus the rice.
47Gwen Stefani, totally, she has it exactly right. You put a certain amount of calories in, you burn a certain amount, its simple math, not rocket science.
48Yeah i agree with Gwen as well i mean if i eat alot i have to work out alot thats just how it is. If i eat little i'll work out just enough and make sure not to drain all my energy.
49I'm more about Eva, but I do agree with Jennifer Garner as well. I am the person most people hate to go out to eat with simply because I do make modifications to my food, that is why I hardly go out to eat. But with J.G. I eat well, exercise enough to maintain my current weight, and if I eat a dessert, I work out more the make sure it doesn't go to my butt/thighs.
