I am loving that Fall is in full force. The cooler air makes running and hiking much more pleasant, and the crispness is getting me excited for skiing and snowshoeing. I adore the change of seasons because it helps keep my fitness routine exciting. Boredom is rare because every few months, there's something new to do. Maybe you prefer one season's activities or weather over another, so tell me, in which season is it easier for you to stay fit?

Definitly Spring
1Spring because you know the summer is coming and you want to look good in a bathing suit, plus it's usually not that hot or cold, so exercising is more comfortable. Once the summer rolls around, it gets so hot around here, so my motivation dwindles.
2I'd say spring too, because winter shakes off and the days brighten up more. Instead of the weather cooling down like autumn, the weather warms up, but it's not too hot like summer. So for staying fit I like spring the best.
3I work out the same amount in all seasons, but living in a cold climate makes winter harder, and spring and summer find me in a bathing suit as much as possible, so I may amp it up a little bit more then.
4I live in South Florida so it would have to be the fall. Fall temperatures here can be 65-70 degrees. Excellent bike and run weather.
5There are pretty much two seasons-Summer and Fall. The beauty of living in a tropical climate.
6Spring for me. In the winter with all the holiday baking it can be tough. In the summer it's so nice out I don't have as much time to hit the gym and fall I'm just too bummed by the cold weather to get off my duff. Hahaha.
7Spring for me. In the winter with all the holiday baking it can be tough. In the summer it's so nice out I don't have as much time to hit the gym and fall I'm just too bummed by the cold weather to get off my duff. Hahaha.
8Summer. I remember when I used to live in the land of eternal summer..(tear)
9Spring and Summer. I usually get amped up to run in the spring because the weather starts getting better and it stays light in the early evening.
10It definitely SUCKS right now.
All seasons. I'm dedicated to my fitness habits.
11i like working out all seasons, though my favorite has to be spring. it still has the coolness of winter but you can taste the life waking in the air. so refreshing to be outdoors then.
12I'm always much more fit in the winter. I think exercise (the gym or DVDs at home) is the way I deal with cabin fever.
13It has to be FALL, its just perfect. Its too hot during the summer months, plus at that point its too late to get in shape for swim suit, spring = i get really bad allergics, so thats out.
14Depends on when my upcoming race is !
15I'd say winter because in the cold it takes less effort to burn more calories!
16Spring! Nice weather so you can go outside. I don't like exercising outside if it's too cold or too hot.
17Fall, because it's the start of a new semester and I when I am in school I am more active. In the summer I am back home with my family and get more lazy and eat a lot of my mom's home cooked food haha.
18Summa-summa-summa-time.
19I live in Florida, where we don't really have seasons
I enjoy the super-hot of
summer and I enjoy the 70s of fall and winter, so I enjoy exercising all year long!
20i can happily and honestly say that i'm a 'fit for all seasons' type. i think that one of the best things about my motivation is that it doesn't matter if it's the middle of winter or if it's really hot out - i'll always go to the gym and be just as aware of things
21Summer - the longer evenings make it easier to go for a long hike with my dog each night after work.
Although I like winter for running b/c I want it to be dark so no one can see me dying and bright red!!
22Oh the joys of gym equipment!
