I am loving that Fall is in full force. The cooler air makes running and hiking much more pleasant, and the crispness is getting me excited for skiing and snowshoeing. I adore the change of seasons because it helps keep my fitness routine exciting. Boredom is rare because every few months, there's something new to do.
