Fit For November: FitSugar Must Haves
At Home Circuit Workout
When pressed for time, but still in need of a workout, I find the circuit workouts are the easiest to fit into my home life. By combining blasts of
cardio (jumping jacks, skipping rope, etc.) with strength training moves (lunges, squats, push-ups)I can create a calorie burning extravaganza, right in my very own living room. Working out at home is cheap, easy, and keeps you from having to turn on the heat.
