They say "clothes don't make the man," but I'll tell you, they really do make the workout. If I don't have my clothes just right, they'll annoy me the whole time and end up ruining my workout. My clothes have to be fitted in order to feel like I'm fully covered and can move freely. Baggy pants and t-shirts just make me feel frumpy and slow. That's just me though, what about you?

Always Fitted - I normally go for 2 forms of training everyday. I need to wear fitted clothes for my run and my bike class. I don't care so much on weight/machines. However, I will not come to the Y's just for the weights, that's why I wear fitted clothes all the time. I like singlets from Nike and UnderArmour. As for the bottoms - I like to wear runningskirts.
1
