By the end of last night's show the number of contestants on The Biggest Loser Families had been whittled down to seven. With dinnertime confrontations, backstabbing, and trash talking, the show reminds me a bit of junior high, minus the unicorn stickers. Early into the episode we learned that Bob finds Vicky's scheming to be downright Shakespearean, and that Phillip really did confront Brady on the basketball court during the last episode in attempts to create an alliance late in the game. I admit, I thought Brady and Vicky had made up the entire event.

The blue and black teams squared off for a couple of competitions before their last chance workouts. First they played a version of "Eat This, Not That" from the popular Men's Health magazine feature turned best-selling book. The blue team won the game giving them a 40 pound advantage in the next physical challenge.
For the physical challenge players were suspended high in the sky where they had to hold the equivalent of their own weight via a pulley system. The black team having lost the previous game had an additional 40 pounds to hold. With the weight advantage the blue team easily won, and they won yet another advantage. Prior to the weigh in, the blue team would get to pick a member of the black team to be excluded from the final numbers. This advantage seemed to fuel the game-playing aspect of the competition.
To see what went down at the weigh in and who was eliminated, just read more.
The last-chance workouts were grueling but tear free. Bob introduced his team to running outside and Jillian trained her team like athletes with lots of plyometrics.
The black team all pulled in extremely low numbers losing only a total of eight pounds. The blue team, on the other hand, all lost large amounts of weight. Especially Brady — he lost 13 pounds. So far, Amy has lost the largest percentage of weight and is the biggest loser on campus. After a serious amount of deliberation, the black opted to send Phillip home. He seemed completely homesick and ready to go. Phillip looks healthy and happy now. Check out the video to see how he looks today.
Phillip looks great and happy. So who do you think is going to win? I am starting to see Amy as the big the winner, what about you?

3.1 Phillip Lim

Maybe it's just me but I have a serious distrust for Brady and Vicky! Something tells me that he drank water last week, knowing he wouldn't be voted off either way. Consequently, this week he ended up with a massive weight loss.
I'm just not buying it!
I have to admit, I'm going to be terribly disappointed and disheartened if any of the scheming triumvirate (Vicky, Brady, and Heba) end up winning this thing.
1I completely agree, kepenate. If Vicky, Brady, or Heba wins, I'll be very disappointed. Looks like the show is bringing back some eliminated contestants like they did last year, so maybe that will help.
I thought Bob was clearly on to Vicky and Brady's scheming, so I was bothered that he praised Brady for the 13-lb weight loss. He totally water-loaded last week!
2I can't watch this for two hours, it's too boring. They need to cut it down to one. I have to start watching Simon Baker on The Mentalist at 8:00 instead, and he is MUCH cuter!
Heba is verrry manipulative. God, she kept going on&on&on&on when she interrupted their dinner, saying the same thing about TWENTY times. Sheesh. If this was Survivor the jury would not be in her favor.
I'm liking Colleen for the win as of now.
3I cannot stand Vicky, she is so manipulative and greedy. Ever since she said that videos from her kids weren't worth playing for, AND that they are only there for the money and not to get healthy, I lost all respect for her and Brady. Heba gets on my nerves too. I REALLY REALLY hope that none of them win!!!!!!!! I'll take anyone else, and it would be great if Colleen won.
4Why does it seem that no one has lost any weight this whole season? Disapointing.
5i didn't get to see last nights show, but i'm glad to see that Phil is doing so well even after being voted out of the ranch.
i agree with others on heba, vicky and brady. they do not deserve to win. Granted it's not a personality contest, but they're just showing the whole country what kind of people they are.
6vicky and brady were CLEARLY up to something... And heba is on my last nerve...
7I'm so glad that everyone else hates Vicky, Brady and Heba. I'm so tired of their scheming and whining. I usually LOVE this show, but this season kind of sucks in general. Looks like next week will be good when there are no more teams. I hope Coleen wins!
8I just wanted to put in my two cents and say I hate Vicky, Brady and Heba too! I'm glad they are splitting up the teams for the next show, hopefully one of them will be taken down!
9I missed the first half hour of the show, so I hoping Bob called Brady out for the water loading. I'm so disappointed that he didn't. Brady facial expressions during the weigh in were so fake.
10I used to love watching the show. It's been so motivating, but lately it's been so hard to watch. I can't stand the cattiness. I can't stand Heba, Brady and Vicky. I didn't want to see Phil go home, but it seems like it was a good decision for him.
I had to turn this off last night when I realized the Black Team didn't have a chance at winning. The only person on the Blue Team that I can even vaguely stomach is Amy and I'm not entirely sure she's not in on all of the scheming. Also - two hours for this is FAR too long!!
11I'm with everyone else. Brady, Vicky, and Heba are so ANNOYING! Also, Heba's little stunt in the kitchen was so rude and fake...can't wait to see her voted off.
12I Hate Vicky from Biggest Loser Families, I hope she will be voted off.Crazy Lady
13Vicky and Heba are a bunch of PLASTICS!!!!!!!!!!I hope they read this comment, I'll tell it to their faces. They are bunch of BIATCH
