Well I'm glad to see that typing burns so many calories, because I type a lot at work!
Hey everything helps!! It's a bummer that I'm at a desk all day but I try to be active and move around a bit.
What about typing while tapping my feet to my music? That must be some serious calorie burning.
I take an exercise break for my lunch break...I hop on the stationary bike for 20-25 minutes to stretch my legs and get the blood flowing.
i've been walking circles in my office. . . and fidget when i'm sitting at my desk. ^^;
So if i stand up for 210 minutes of of work day while answering the phone i should burn like 400 calories, right?
i never realized that typing really burned that much, but i wonder if that's based on any specific typing speed. everyone tells me that i type really fast, so tdoes that mean that i burn more than the usual person?
