We're always looking for ways to fight cravings when they arise, and one my tricks of the trade is mint.
Yes, mint does wonders to keep my cravings under control as its strong scent is a natural appetite suppressant. I keep a mint scented candle in my kitchen and I like to light it at night. Not only does it keep the house smelling good, I feel like I am less likely to give into late night snacking temptations. Other simple ideas are to sip mint tea, chew sugar-free mint gum, or simply brush your teeth. It may all be psychological, but it works for me so I can't complain. Try it out and see if mint helps keep your cravings under control too. If not, check out some other great ideas for curbing cravings.

very interesting, i do chew on mint gum when i get a craving, so it might really work!
it works, I turn to mint chewing gums whenever I feel like munching for no reason. and it instantly curbs my craving.
I will definitely have to try this next time I get a craving!
I found that if you brew some peppermint tea and add a couple TB of suger-free hot chocolate, it makes a really satisying treat for under 50 calories. Or a mini York peppermint patty, mmmmm....
I'm a big fan of brushing my teeth when I'm feeling the urge to graze my way through the kitchen.
I like my peppermint tea.
Definetly peppermint tea is the best!
It doesn't have to be peppermint gum for it to work, I chew a stick of any kind and it kicks the craving to the curb for awhile.
I keep a bottle of mint lotion, mint lip gloss, and peppermint extract on my desk at work. Triple threat.
i'm all about the mint gum... orbit winterfresh is soo yummy, and it works!
I chew mint gum between meals and it definitely helps keep cravings at bay. I'm curious about a mint-scented candle...it's not a common scent. Where'd you get yours, Fit?
this really does work. i try to have mints around rather than gum since gum makes me hungrier (is that a word) but i think that it does make a lot of sense to have mints around. if i don't have that then i go for the mint tea option.
It works...It does curb ur hunger for a while
