Here at Sugar we've been rooting for Britney Spears to make a comeback for a while now. While I am happy her music career seems to be back on track, I am even happier that Britney seems to be getting healthy again. Recently, the star showed us how she's been sweating it out at the gym in a new video posted on her site. Check it out:

She looks fabulous, and those arm exercises are great for the upper bod, it's no wonder she is toning up so fast. Here's hoping that in getting healthy, she ditches the cigarettes, too. Looking to tone your own upper body? You don't need a personal trainer (or home gym) like Britney. Just check out some of my upper-body exercises, and you'll be well on your way.
I have to admit that nothing gets me pumped in the gym like her single, "Toxic." Do you have a Britney song on your workout playlist?

Honestly, I probably have 10-12 Britney Spears songs on my workout playlist. That's what they're perfect for!
1yeah, i definitely have pretty much all of blackout on my workout playlist.
2she is looking good, her new song is catchy....i'm excited for the saner, cuter, fitter, better britney!
I have a lot of her songs especially the remix versions...Her songs always get me pumped up when I am working out.
3Now this is the kind of thing from celebrities I like to see. I hate when they're all "i eat 2 grapes a day and walk on the treadmill for 15 minutes and look this great". I want to know what exercises they do! This is great! I'm happy she's getting herself back together.
4i love b. spears! i love to work out to her music. she keeps looking better and better. i'm glad to see her get back to herself.
5I agree her songs are great to workout to. Wonder how many lbs. those weights are?
6of course I do! The first one, Oops! even though it's a gay song, it has a good beat:) and between the blood pumping in my ear drums nad the pavement slapping under my feet,I can never hear beyond the beat anyways
lex, those look like 10 lb. weights to me....
7oops, I didn't realize they were skinny in the middle...you made me look harder
I
think they're prob. 5 pounds...
8No justan, they are 10 or even 12lbs b/c they are very fat and bulky (not including the middle). My gym has these same kinds....
9Almost every song from her past two CDs is great at the gym! I've noticed that when I'm on the cardio machines (or even just out for a walk) I tend to go in time to the beat of whatever song I'm listening to. Britney's songs always have a good number of beats per minute, especially the dance remix versions, and they're fun! It's really funny because I'll automatically slow down or speed up depending on my song, does this happen to anyone else?
10Pixelhaze,I run some 5ks, and my pace totally depends upon the music I'm listening to. I only listen to Brittany when I'm running, otherwise, it's not my style. I love how music can get us going in this way.
11For some reason, I can't help but keep the "Hit Me Baby, One More Time x It's Tearing Up My Heart (REMIX)" from the 1999 MTV Music Awards on my iPod! For some reason, I can't get it off the damn thing! ;p I also have a soft spot for *NSYNC's 2000 VMAs with "It's Gonna be Me".
12I am very happy for Brittany and I have being rooting for her as well.
13I have "piece of me" on my playlist and "womanizer". She is looking pretty awesome. Good for her.
14Proud of her for sure! I love her In the Zone album for workouts...Toxic and Early Morning for faster beats, and other songs like Touch of My Hand for the cooldown..she's got some great workout music in her repertoire. I like that she's workin' it so hard right now. I read that she quit drinking. Hope she puts down the cigarettes too..I used to smoke and once I quit and shook off any cravings, my life was so much happier. Anyhow. Love her and proud that she's in the right direction.
15I have many of her songs on my playlist. I found a mix of tons of her songs that is 14 minutes long. It's great!
16Um I'm with mondaymoos, her songs ARE my workout playlist
17I wish I had a trainer
18I have tons of Britney on my iPod. She looks amazing, and I can't wait for her new CD to come out! Love her!
19i am not a big fan of britney, but i got to give her props for getting healthy and working out. but i do enjoy her music and it's great musical motivation.
got lots of britney on my playlist, mostly Blackout and Britney. For some reason Toy Solider makes me just go nuts dancing in my room, but most of the songs do energize me to get moving if i am at the gym or on the bike or even speeding up my pace when walking.
We do a lot of high resistance climbs in spin to Piece of Me and Gimme More. in my dance classes we got lots of britney songs for warm up or routine. we did a Gimme More routine several months ago.
20i'd have to agree that piece of me is on my workout playlist...well most of my morning working playlist is britney. it just wakes me up and leaves me in a good mood.
21wow! 10 lbs is a HARD workout! shooo
22I currently have toxic and that stronger(?) on my playlist =)
23Toxic has a great tempo for running
She looks awesome =) And ALL Britney's fast songs are good to work out to: The old school ones rock, though, like Baby One More Time and Crazy.
24When I went to college in 1999 I was overweight and worked it off listening to Britney's first 2 albums. Now nearly 10 years later I'm still in the gym listening to her latest hits as well as some of the oldies but goodies. Do You Know What It's Like to be Me and Crazy are two of my favorites, but I also love Gimme More and Womanizer!
25Britney's songs kick ass for working out to! They are my favourite playlist for on the treadmill.
26Get Naked is a brilliant one for running. =)
gimme more is the one song that i've been working out to a lot recently..or actually it was my big workout song last year w/ kanye's song...but i think that based on what we've heard from the new album, there are going to be more and more that i can add to a new playlist.
27Yep! I've got Toxic on my workout playlist as well. It's a good interval training song too. I always feel motivated to amp up the speed during the chorus.
28circus!! great song for having fun in the gym
29i wonder how many reps and sets she did with her training, it does matter
