We face decisions about what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each and every day. But how much do you know about calories in your favorite foods? With all the options out there, it's no wonder we have a hard time keeping calories straight. I've picked a random assortment of common foods and drinks that you may have had to make a decision about this week, so let's see how well you know your calorie counts. Good luck!

i thought i was an expert !=P
1I was way off on the smoothie. The carbs alone were like 156 grams so I thought that would put it at 624 calories alone, so with the fat and protein I thought it would have to be at over 700.
2Yay. I got 5/5.
3sweet i got them all. So depressing.
43/5. What kind of question is 1 ounce of coca cola??
53/5. McDs fries and the last one got me. ah well.
6Yay 4/5.
7I thought I was really good at calorie counting, too. But I guess I don't comsume Coke, smoothies and some of these other things. I claim "need to know basis" immunity.
