i agree- if i don't prepare something for lunch - i end up doing something really bad - like going and getting a burrito next door.... and then i feel worse- because after work - i still feel
sluggish and in no mood to work out.. so on those days i still don't make anything - and not in the mood for making anything - i pack myself a couple of sandwich bags with a mixture of nuts,
baby carrots, and grapes. and a string cheese... i'm actually surprised - but it fills me up - and it ends up being more of a snacking throughout the day for me.. and my energy stays up.

Allof them, thanks for the great ideas - I love the sound of the peanut butter fruit sammy!
1"sammy"?
2i try to like hummus more but it depends on my mood.
3The veggie omelet. I always associate eggs with breakfast, it would be a good habit to start thinking of them as lunch!
4sammy - sandwich. RachaelRay uses that word all the time.
I like the Grilled Chicken salad.
5yeah. That has to be one of the most flamboyant ridiculous words I have ever heard.
I think I'll go have some grilled "chickky"....
6mmmm hummus and veggie pita, sounds so tasty!
7All of them! They all look and sound so delicious, yumm. Thanks for the ideas!

9I'm always on the look out for good lunchbox ideas, thank you!
10I would eat any of these options (other than the chicken; I'm vegetarian), but I LOVE omelets for anything other than breakfast.
