Hummus and Veggie Pita
You can't go wrong with a hummus pita. I like to dice my veggies into tiny pieces so it's easier to eat.
One oat bran pita, four tablespoons hummus, two tablespoons alfalfa sprouts, 1/4 cup cucumber, 1/4 cup grated carrot, and 1/4 cup red pepper equals 293 calories, .2 grams of fat, and 10.9 grams of protein.
