Grilled Chicken Salad
Salads offer variety in flavor but not a ton of calories or protein. So I like to add grilled chicken to keep me satisfied until dinner.
Three ounces of grilled chicken, one cup of spinach, one small carrot, 1/4 cup radish slices, 1/4 cup diced red pepper, 1/4 cup diced celery, 1/4 cup diced apple, 1/4 cup slivered almonds, three ounces grilled chicken, and two tablespoons Annie's Raspberry Vinaigrette equals 372 calories, 18.6 grams of fat, and 34.1 grams of protein.
