Exercising is good for our bodies and minds - there's no debate about that. Cardio, strength training, and stretching are 3 things we should all be doing to work our whole bodies, and I'm sure one is easier and more enjoyable for you than the others. What I want to know is...

I love doing cardio. It seems more like fun than work!
Cardio—I love putting on the rollerblades and getting outside!
I love strength training, it makes me feel really tough and like a bad girl. In the good way!
I like cardio and strength traning equally, however I see faster results w/strength training.
cardio!
I love Pilates...not really sure whether it fits into strength or stretching, maybe both?
i really love all three [in my daily routine i run, lift some and then do some yoga] - but yoga just feels like it's a part of me. mmm delicous stretching.
My favorite is strength training/weight lifting, because I start seeing results in about a month and it makes me feel healthy and strong.
Hard to say. I like it all.
ah..i just can't get into the cardio. love the strength training, though. it feels great to isolate the burn, and then the results are addicting.
Cardio!!! the spinning is great, two years ago i was a teacher of spinning in a Gym, certificated by Pin Reebok, and it was a great experience, so i know it works, it burns the calories, wow!
Ashtanga Yoga combines all three - I love them all!
cant get into cardio either...i do it but its a real struggle!..strength training is so much better and enjoyable for me
cardio! i cant do yoga now because i am so inflexible i need to take a class but cant afford it...so cardi and a little strength training at home is what i do.
I like them all because they all feel great in their own ways.
Definitely strength training. I love feeling that burn in your muscles. I loathe cardio - its so boring. I'm always like "Man, I've only done 10 minutes? it felt like an hour!"
I love Pilates, but I feel really accomplished after a run.
Cardio with stretching afterwards works best for me : D
can't choose. I love 'em equally.
I try to combine them all in my workout but prefer strength training, it's the most comfortable for me.

Stretching is obviously an integral part of yoga practice; however, I use more quad and hamstring effort sustaining a low chair pose for a prolonged period than I do with leg presses on a machine. I also know that since I've been attending yoga class twice per week, as well as maintaining a home practice, I have better muscle definition than I've achieved previously with either free weights or machines. So, yoga is my favorite! Now, does that count as strength training, or stretching?
Cardio is an unavoidable necessity, and I do it three times per week, but I can't say that I enjoy it.
yoga is more fun, but sadly it's not going to make me lose weight so i chose cardio.
Cardio. But strength training is very close by.
i
i adore cardio
