I would like to try the low fat foods, but most foods that are low fat, that i've seen have aspartame. I try to avoid foods like that. Do any of the ones mentioned have aspart. in it?
Everything else I'd eat. Steamed veggies, egg on toast, nuts, crackers and cheese. They're all something I tend to eat throughout the week.
I thought you needed a lot more protein than that.. depending on how many calories you eat a day. I try to get at least 100 grams of lean protein, personally.
I liked the sound of all of them. Has got me thinking...I don't know if I get enough protein in my diet as it isn't something I keep track of. I thought they all sounded delicious. I cant get
endame here though...grrr.
Egg whites with spinach and cheese. Add some cholula sauce and it's amazing. It's surprising how satisfying this is- and it keeps you full for a long time.

5I like to eat nuts as a snack. Since I've been on a diet low calorie wheat bread with natural peanut butter is also a good choice.

7A handful of roasted almonds no salt and a banana preferably organic (I think they taste better)
