When it comes to snacks, you want to choose ones low in calories and high in
protein for sustained energy. Depending on weight and activity level, a woman needs between 40 and 60 grams of protein daily. Sometimes it can be difficult to meet your protein quota in meals alone, so here are some of my favorite snacks with at least 10 grams of protein.
