You may be thinking more about tomorrow's Halloween festivities, but I am asking you to recall the early days of 2008. Remember those New Year's Resolutions you made last January? You know the ones where you vowed to exercise more, eat less sugar, cut back on soda, or sign up for a race.

Hopefully, you've been keeping up with your healthy goals but if you made your resolutions and forgot about them, that's OK. You have a couple months until the year is up, so it's not too late to follow through. Take this as a friendly kick in the butt to brush the cobwebs off your list and join that gym, ditch those cigarettes, or drink more water.

Yay! I'm at 700 miles. I won't make my goal of running 1,000 this year, but it's still been a huge motivator to get out there everyday.
1YAY!! Great job!! I started off with wanting to run that much too, but I have not been keeping track. I love new years resolutions but I never really stick with them. I am fit and a college student and I live a healthy lifestyle, I guess they are just things to throw out there. I really do need to get my sweet tooth taken out though!!
2i don't usually believe in new year's resolutions, but i think that if i had one to work out more, i could honestly say that i've managed to keep that one. i've been consistent in going to the gym several times a week and i've been eating healthier and being more aware of spending and all that - so i think that i'm in a good place to end 2008 on a good note.
3I love making new year's resolution. I try my best to stick with it. haha (: and oh, today i ate Hershey's chocolate, it's Halloween! and life is short. haha i do not eat too much, i eat today just to feed my desires
4That's exactly what I have been thinking this year. With the onset of the holidays, I've been looking at this October as the new January for some reason. And January will always be January because it's the start of a new year.
5My new year's resolution was to learn how to juggle. Then I broke my wrist in August. The cast is off now, so I had better find my juggling balls again and get going!
6Mine was to drink more water. I kinda let that one slide back in February and then I started up again with it when it started getting warmer out. It's so much easier to drink cold things when it's hot out!
7My new year's resolution was to lose weight. But oddly, I didn't start til June. But I've lost 31 pounds since then so I guess I did good!
