Health Tip: Remember Those New Year's Resolutions

You may be thinking more about tomorrow's Halloween festivities, but I am asking you to recall the early days of 2008. Remember those New Year's Resolutions [1] you made last January? You know the ones where you vowed to exercise more, eat less sugar, cut back on soda, or sign up for a race.

Hopefully, you've been keeping up with your healthy goals but if you made your resolutions and forgot about them, that's OK. You have a couple months until the year is up, so it's not too late to follow through. Take this as a friendly kick in the butt to brush the cobwebs off your list and join that gym, ditch those cigarettes, or drink more water.
