I know for some of you the weather outside is snowy and cold, so your homes and offices may be on the chilly side. Instead of turning up the heat on your thermostat, warm up your body from the inside out. My favorite way is to get on the floor and do 20 push-ups, but you can choose any strength training move: squats, tricep dips, crunches, or lunges. Do enough to start feeling that lovely warm feeling. Not only will it warm you up, but it'll save you some money on your heat and give your brain a boost of energy as well.

Haha. I used to do this stuff as a study break in college to keep the blood flowin'. Good tips for keeping warm.
1Um, I do this and I thought I was weird for doing it. My house is drafty and when I'm not in the living room, I get cold easily and I drop and do 20 pushups and a few plank kickbacks to get my circulation going. It works really well!
