I recently stumbled across this commercial for USA Weightlifting. I think it's cute and motivational. I'm personally impressed with the you-go-girl mentality of it, especially since weightlifting is such a man's world.
You all know that strength training is super important. So why not start lifting today?

1I started consitently strength training since January and my muscles are more defined but I can't do what that girl just did though.
2I LOVE this commercial! I weight lift myself and I really enjoy it. It's good for the bones!
