If you are having a hard time getting on the exercise bandwagon then you'll be excited to hear about recent news reported by Reuters. New research has found that a single bout of exercise helps obese individuals boost their body's fat-burning rate and improve their metabolic health. This means that just one 90-minute sweaty trip to the gym can have a big benefit, and hopefully that single trip will leave you feeling so good that you'll be eager to go back for more. Even if you aren't currently overweight, think about the fact that if only one exercise session does wonders for your health, imagine what adding daily activity to your lifestyle will do.

I can't imagine doing 90 minutez worth at this point in time. I am having a hard enough time with 50-60. Either the workout is too hard and I can't do it all, or i get bored walking on the tread mill.
But, the news article is good to know fit. Lets me know that although i slacked off last week and this week, and i am getting back to cardio tonight, that all is not lost.
1I'm only doing 30 minutes a day and that's enough for me. I couldn't do 90...I definitely don't have the time!
2Just need to read that. Was almost going to bail on my evening run but I will do it!!
