Is it me or are you sick of working out to the same old songs? I found a great way to freshen up my tunes without spending a dime. My running partner and I swapped iPods. If you don't feel comfortable letting your precious iPod out of your sight, then have you and your friend burn CDs of your favorite running mixes. Swap those and upload them to your iPod. It's an inexpensive way to make your workouts instantly more exciting.

Another added benefit: You will get to know your running buddy a little bit better through music.

What brand headphones are those?
1Those are pretty awesome looking. My friend and I occasionally make each other silly workout mixes with everything from old Britney to those ridiculous jock jam songs that were popular in the 80's.
2Hi Fit, what type of headphones are those? I have been looking for a pair that don't fall out of my freakishly shaped ear canals while I'm running.
3That's a cool idea! I would pick my cousin's, because she has such a wide musical range.
4i really like this suggestion - cause with me, i tend to get really really bored with my music, yet i use certain songs because they keep me on a certain pace, but if i swap with my running buddy then chances are i'll be able to stick to my pace.
