I have always loved hearing what nutritionist Joy Bauer has to say on the Today Show, because she understands that we all just want to feel good with ourselves. In her book Food Cures she explains what to eat (and when and how) for what's ailing you. From lowering high cholesterol and blood pressure, to improving skin tone, sharpening memory, sleeping better, taking charge of PMS and arthritis to just plain ole' feeling good, there's a food for it. What's more? She also explains what foods to avoid and how to make a proper grocery list.

I just bought this book (and another by her) off Amazon about two weeks ago. I'm excited to get it, but two weeks is a little long for having not received it yet, no?
1Hey, she forgot nachos.
2Ah Nachos the miracle food. I miss nachos especially nasty deliciously cheesy 7-11 nachos.
But good to see two of my favorite foods on there - beans and BRUSSEL SPROUTS!!!
3ew, salmon.
4Red Wine and Cheddar. These two are really good together. Keep you warm in the winter

6Haha, giggle... I thought Ice Cream.
7Wild salmon is soo pricey. I love it so. Wish it was cheaper.
8I love wild salmon, I have a great recipe for it.
9Sardines? really?
10well i love the first 3 foods and black berries lol
11ground flaxseed is such an easy one to "sneak into" other foods. it's deelish on vanilla low fat yogurt, it's great on cereal (Kashi shredded wheat ROCKS) i like it in my skim milk based protein smoothies (maybe blackberry tomorrow!) i toss 2 tablespoons in as half of the daily 4 tablespoons i heard you should have.
