2Fit, I'm confused about the answer to #3. It says that chicken contains more cholesterol but that chicken is the healthier option. Which is correct? My hubby has borderline high cholesterol but we eat chicken all the time and I thought we were being good!
3Cholesterol only comes from animal products so as long as you limit those you should have no problem with your intake.
4I think the turkey is the healthier option with respect to cholesterol. I think the mention of chicken was an error.
5Being a vegan a few years back for 6 years, I knew that peanut butter contains no cholesterol. but I'm glad you included that question. I think a lot of people confuse fat with cholesterol and they're not the same.
