6I LOVE THIS CEREAL!!! Especially the vanilla/almond flavor. It is so satisfying and full of good stuff...no partially hydro oil or high fructose corn syrup and it has added flax and only 200 kcals/serving. Kashi also came out with a new cereal - VIVE. It is awesome and comes in a vanilla graham flavor. Calcium and fiber and other stuff to help with digestion, all with 170 kcals/serving. I give it 2 thumbs up! p.s. their hot golean ceral is also really good...fulfilling and not many calories!!!
7This is my FAVORITE cereal!! its so good. I got my roomate hooked and now my parents keep buying it. Its amazing!
