I like the cleaning and the painting one... get things done while you burn calories.
i think that it's great to realize that there are a LOT of things that you can do at home when you're not in the mood to workout outside. for myself - i really do find that cleaning and things like that are a good start but there's soo much more you can do if you're creative.
We're installing all the chimney parts for our new wood stove and it involves a lot of running up and down the stairs to align all the parts. I think it's probably the most exercise my husband's gotten in the last year, lol.
im in a pilates class for 45 min and i had no idea i was burning over 200 calories!
im def a fan of cleaning the house fast and all manic-like
I was cleaning the house for 3 hours the other day. Phew!
I am new to this site and I like this site. Yoga is part of our life and is very well performed in this site and after seeing this I will try tomorrow. Thanks
