One way to keep your cardio workout interesting is by switching it up from time to time. Next time you're at the gym, try this cardio workout combined with a bit of strength training that will blast away calories and really work the muscles in your lower body.
00:00-05:00 Warm Up Incline 1%, Speed 2.5
05:00-10:00 Incline 6%, Speed 4.0
10:00-11:00 Get off the TreadMill and do alternating front lunges
11:00-16:00 Incline 8%, Speed 3.5
16:00-17:00 Get off the TreadMill and do alternating reverse lunges
17:00-22:00 Incline 10 %, Speed 3.0
22:00-23:00 Get off the TreadMill and do squats
23:00-28:00 Incline 12%, Speed 2.5
28:00-29:00 Get off the TreadMill and do plié squats
29:00-34:00 Incline 15%, Speed 2.0
34:00-40:00 Cool Down Incline 1%, Speed 2.0
Fit's Tip: Be careful getting on and off the TreadMill as it will still be moving. Also, this workout is not one that would work well in a crowded gym, especially if there are people waiting to use the machines. If this is too hard (or easy) adjust the incline and/or speed to fit your level. Check out this other great TreadMill walking workout.

Oh I like this! Definitely going to try it.
1Awesome! I can try this at my friend's house - only I use the treadmill nowadays!
2Awesome! Anything to get a better, more interesting workout on my treadmill!
3I could use something different to shake things up a bit. And this takes walking to another level which is nice!
4Will be trying this today!
5Can you recommend a fat-burning workout on the ellipitcal as well?
I just can't seem to ge myself on the treadmill!!
6I like the sounds of this. Here's hoping I don't get strange looks when I do this at the gym.
7I do this daily, everyone should do it.
