    hate to say that I didn't know green tea boosts the metabolism. good thing I drink it purely out of habit!

    Technically, anything you eat will boost metabolism...spicy foods, protein, and caffeine just increase it more than celery or grapefruit.

    I didn't think protein did, I always feel tired if I eat a lot of protein after lunch. Probably because it's harder to break down, though.

    Bah! 5/6 I missed the grapefruit one. As I hate grapefruit (and it not recommended with a lot of prescriptions), I don't really keep up on the news. It was a pure guess.

    Bah I got the grapefruit one wrong too! A nurse told me they no longer serve it in hospitals because it affects the absorbtion of drugs so I assumed it might be because it speeds metabolism, but it must be another property it has. That's one powerful fruit I must say!

    Ditto on the grapefruit question. 5/6 I know there is a grapefruit diet, so I just assumed.
