I love a spicy cup of chai tea on a foggy morning or chilly evening.
Aside from its exquisite taste, chai offers other benefits further down the digestive line. This wonderful tea can reduce gas. Chai is made from a blend of spices — cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and cardamom — that individually combat flatulence, but mixed together seems greater than the sum of its parts.
Check your spice cabinet and chances are high you have all the ingredients to make your own chai tea with this recipe. If not, you can always opt for an energizing Chai Bumble Bar.

6I love chai tea as well. I love it in the fall and winter when the days/nights are cold. Something about the spices makes it feel so cozy warm! And yes, it does remind me of THanksgiving too.
7i've actually never had chai tea- which is interesting if i think about it. i go to starbucks all the time and i know that they do a lot of business with it, but i've usually stuck to my green tea. knowing that there's a benefit to this one - i might have to try it
