Dear Lord, it's about damn time someone said something about those two skeletors. They're both gorgeous, but it's totally diminished by their lollipop-like silhouettes.
It wouldn't hurt for them to gain some weight. I however don't see how Penn Badgely's "advice" to eat some double cheese burgers is actually helpful. And I don't get the need for snarkiness about the Gossip Girls' figures. They do actually look perfectly fine. And curvy doesn't mean what most people seem to think it means.
I don't think that there was any snarkiness, just an appreciation that "curvy" is thrown around all too often when referring to actresses that are just healthy-looking. The way I read it was that curvy used to mean something more than average, sorta Marilyn Monroe-ish, rather than just normal people who don't look like they're starving to death.
yeap, that Jessica is gorgeous, but i bit too thin. But what about Meester? She gain 10lbs in the new season and starting to look really curving, even her face change because of the weight gain.
Those ribs! Probably photoshoped, though but still, that is way too much. As the article says, I don't think we need to go back to Ally McBeal again.
Jessica Stroup is a skeleton...seriously, she would look SO much better with 10 lb on her frame. 100 lbs at 5'8" is waaaaay too skinny.
I feel bad for both of them. Hollywood pushes so much for them to be their thinnest. And then lashes back when they lose too much weight. I'm sure if they gained 20 lbs there would be rumors that one of them got pregnant. *sigh* Since the viewer demographic is so young, there should be some standard for body fat percentage.
