I love to dance around the house - it burns some extra calories, gives me a little pick me up, and makes my girls laugh and dance too. Which makes me laugh with joy; they are so cute when they dance. Well here is another cutie dancing around, and in a gym no less. Check out Ben Kweller's granny dancing her heart out and getting her heart rate up to his song Penny on the Train Track. She is adorable, inspirational and this 82 year old has got some moves.

So what are you waiting for? Crank up some tunes and move it.

4I hope when I am her age, I am anywhere near that endearing, and that active ^_^*
5I love dancing! I went to a ball last night; ate a three course meal but this morning didn't feel bloated at all. All due to the last three hours of dancing last night. Definately my favourite form of exercise!
6cutest thing ever
7GO granny!
that's awesome
8I wish i was more like her now, i mean i can't do anything that implicates some sort of movement. I hate everything around exercise. But i know that i'm in a place right now when i need exercise the most. I'm 24 years old 5.7" and 153 pounds, with lots of red stretch marks who seem to appear out of no where and with no kids at all. I'm with a huge belly and i can seem to understand why. And if you read this post will know that im truly deppress and i need it to write this down. Sorry
(my english is awful)
if someone can find a way to help me (i ldon't live in the us but maybe by mail) this is my mail suemey@gmail.com
9haha! yay so i am going the right way of burning calories i already dance around my room and our dorm corridor, both when i am sober and intoxicated.
10Man, that's motivation right there!
11Lemme go find my armband for my tunes...
...the streets of my college will never be the same!
