1 sliced banana dumped in a bowl
pour banana cream pie yogurt on top (Walmart brand is only 80 calories and non fat!)
small handful of chopped walnuts on top
1/4 - 1/2 cup of multi grain cheerios on top of that
They all sound pretty good, but I like the omelette idea best. Most of the time, I have a smoothie for breakfast. About 1/2 to 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries, low fat soymilk, protein powder,
and flaxseed. And believe it or not, I actually like the way it tastes. When I have them, I also add a piece of banana.
I was just eating oatmeal in the morning with fruit or a piece of raisin toast with peanut butter. I left my breakfast one morning and had a piece of toast with almond butter and its so good.
They're all great ideas - I *adore* breakfast! This morning was a container of nonfat Greek yogurt (sweetened with a little honey), a cup of Special K Protein Plus, and a small banana. So
easy, so yummy

1oatmeal in winter, yogurt or a smoothie in summer
2I picked the omlete, but typically i don't have time to make that in the morning. I'd probably go with the yogurt & granola.

7Those all sound really yummy, and easy too! I should look for almond butter next time I'm at the store.
8I voted for the omlette because it seemed to be the one that would last you until lunch.
