As the name suggests, Fatguy Shirts are mostly aimed at men, but some of these designs (and there are many) clearly have women in mind. On the one hand, I'm all for embracing a healthy body image, but most of these tees just seem mean. What do you think? Would you be proud to wear any of these? Do you find them refreshing or irresponsible?

ummm this shirts aren't for embracing "healthy body image" at all. in fact I can't imagine any girl really wanting one of these. it seems more like a cruel present some ass would get someone....of course, as a "joke"....
Where is the 'Tacky' option?
Nothing about these shirts is cool, it's just mean.
I'm too lazy to make fun of fat people... they should just do it themselves.
I would feel bad for anyone I saw in one of these shirts. There's self-deprecating humor, and then there's just out-and-out self-humiliation.
They're not actually funny and I especially don't get why someone would want to wear something that says "No, I'm not pregnant.", not that I like any of them.
I'm sorry, but I would rock the "winning the fight against anorexia" shirt at the gym. I'm not fat, but I've never been a zero either.
I think they're really inappropriate. What would people say if a really skinny girl was wearing a shirt that said "No, I'm not a skeleton" or something like that? Geez, you have to draw a line somewhere.
Whilst being funny in a crude and cruel humor, they are just degrading, unless you're that confident in being the size you are and loving it, but even then to the...people who aren't your inner circle or your circle of friends and those who you know to an extent could find it rude or again, degrading.
I'm not liking these one bit, especially the one about anorexia. There's really nothing at all funny about an eating disorder.
I wish people would stop using size 0 instead of saying anorexic. Some people are smaller and just because a certain number is unrealistic for one person, doesn't mean anyone who is that size number is too skinny. And also as it's already been said, eating disorders aren't funny and sometimes I feel like people who deal with them or are assumed to have them are vilified.

I love them! I'd totally wear the "Guys love fat girls" shirt! I'm not a fat girl, but I'm not a size 2 either. I don't think it's making fun of women, I think a women who wears a shirt like this has terrific self esteem! If you don't like them, don't wear them!

that no i'm not pregnant is great. i have been asked that. uf, i so wanted to punch that guy.
The t-shirts' comments seem to be an offensive way to deflect disparaging remarks: "I'll make fun of myself before anyone else does." Not nice.
haha I think their funny!
they aren't funny, just plain tacky. why would you want to associate with being unhealthy as funny?
I'm with miss ellie on this one.
In a way I think they are funny I like the one that says winning the fight, but that just me. ( I woudnt wear outside though)
But then agian I think they are kinda mean too I cant see someone walking around with it in public.
I must get the "no, I'm not pregnant one" because I get asked this too often. Like a girl can't have a belly unless she's expecting?!
I think they're pretty mean, however, I'd have totally rocked the "No, I'm not pregnant" one in the first couple of weeks after having my baby. That would have been much easier than responding to people wondering when I was due while my newborn was in the stroller next to me.
I like the one that says "Everyone loves a fat girl". I'd wear it around the house only, but I still think it's kitschy and cute. I mean, I'm not obese, but I'm not teensy tiny either. But then, this is my kind of humor. I'm somewhat hard to offend.
The one that says "winning the fight against anorexia" is just not funny. anorexia is a deadly disease that destroys the lives of people who have it and those around them. A shirt like this only perpetuates the idea that anorexia is a joke or a vanity thing. It isn't; it takes years to recover. Sorry if I come off harsh but I know people who have died from anorexia and it isn't funny.
Well, I wouldn't wear any of these, as I'm petite. Besides, I don't wear message t-shirts. They're just not me.
besides them being demeaning and tacky, aren't they just another way for overweight people to think that it's ok to be fat? it's like saying that being 50 lbs overweight is ok because the person's not anorexic.
I once saw a woman who was just.. insanely overweight, wearing a shirt that said "I BEAT ANOREXIA" .. not funny.
I was undecided until I actually looked at them. I thought MAYBE the idea was a whole love yourself even if you're overweight thing. But sugar is right - those are just nasty.
im glad you love your body, but please love yourself in private. these shirts are definitely tacky.
