Sometimes, simply brushing your teeth can get you out of eating mode. Something about that minty taste and the feeling of clean teeth just makes the craving seem less appealing.
I 100% agree with this one. When I have leftover taste in my mouth (from eating), it makes me even more hungry. After I brush my teeth, that craving goes away.
