rice cake in a salty flavor like cheddar or buttered popcorn. They don't have much nutritional value, but they also aren't high in calories.

i'm proud to say that there are a few things there that i already do! the gum thing is one that i've lived by for AGES now and i think that it's a great fail safe when you're craving something. i love how there are a lot of yogurt flavors that are sweet like banana cream pie.
