Another trick is to take two small apples and cut them in pieces. Place the pieces in a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg. Microwave for about 4 minutes on high, and you have warm, soft apple chunks that taste like the inside of an apple pie!
This also is good with a glass of milk or some vanilla yogurt.
1another way is to cut up the apple and cook in a little bit of sugar free sprite and sprinkle with a little cinamon - fantastic!!
