Fruity Frozen Milkshake
This milkshake is really quick and easy to whip up, and there are many variations to the recipe, so change it up each time to make it more exciting. Take 6 ounces of non fat vanilla yogurt (130 calories), 5 frozen strawberries (20 calories), 1/4 cup frozen blueberries (20 calories), and 3 ice cubes. Just mix it all up in a blender and enjoy. This treat is full of protein, calcium, and fiber, and only contains 170 calories.
