Downward Facing Dog
Then come onto your hands and knees, straighten your legs and come into
Downward Facing Dog. Try to put equal pressure in your hands and feet. Lengthen through your spine and relax your head between your shoulders. Close your eyes and allow blood to circulate to your head. Stay for at least thirty seconds, breathing deeply.
