Many of us don't floss on a daily basis, and if that sounds like you then it's time to pick up the slack. Simply put, floss at least once a day and you (and your mouth) will be healthier because of it.

i floss daily. i didn't do it regularly until about two years ago, but it's such a habit now that i feel gross if i skip a day. plus, it makes my dentist really happy!
