Most of us weigh ourselves everyday, but there are a few of us that skip the scale completely. Use the scale for constructive criticism, and to serve as a friendly reminder to keep on top of your weight and health. Don't be offended or afraid of it, and remember that
weight fluctuations are completely normal. It's the gradual rise that you really want to keep an eye out for.

2I agree...I moved out and didn't bring the scale with me. I think that gauging how you feel and how your clothes fit is the best way. Stepping on the scale and having just one 'extra' (which could be anything, water, food, diff. time of day) pound is terrifying. The only time I'll get weighed is at the doctors.
